The proven success of the 2 Year Advanced Food and Wine Chef’s Programme will train you for the exciting mobile lifestyle of a Chef.
Our superstar alumni talent is found in so many kitchens around the world.  You need to look no further than Foliage restaurant in Franschhoek, owned by our very talented Chris Erasmus or why not travel to Cambodia and dine with graduate Timothy Bruyns Chef/Owner of The Common Tiger or pop in and visit Etienne Truter, Executive Chef at the Hyatt Hotel in Kyoto Japan
It combines a solid foundation in classical technique, essential communication skills, menu planning, food trends, the basics of food costing, point of sales systems, efficient stock control and food and beverage service.
Great practical experience is gained as you are trained by our experienced Chefs and Front of House Team in our varied training zones which include a Bakery, Pastry kitchen and a fast-casual style of student Cafeteria.
You also get to earn while you learn whilst completing a paid internship, all part of your program, at a local restaurant or hotel
