Enrolment Requirements

To apply for any course, you need to be:

  • Young: between 18 – 32 years’ old
  • Love cooking and baking
  • Have a Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Read, write and speak English
  • Have a winning smile, be team orientated and love working with people
  • Willing to be successful!

To complete the application process, you need to send us:

  • Signed and completed application form (including the terms and conditions)
  • Hand-written letter in English motivating the reasons why we should consider your application to join our campus
  • Your latest school report
  • Two passport sized photographs
  • A copy of your ID or passport
  • One written reference (not from a family member or personal friend)
  • Your application fee

All foreign students are required to organize their own Student Visa once they have been accepted for the course. You also need to be interviewed via Skype as part of the application process.

What else do you need and have to pay for?

  • Flat, black enclosed formal safety shoes for all practical sessions (no crocs).
  • Formal shoes for front of house uniform and 2 pairs of chino pants that fit your body shape and size
  • Affordable meals and drinks in the cafeteria and coffee bar, printing/photocopies and stationery, project work and assignments
  • Accommodation, laundry, transport costs to and from the school/internship, any supplementary exam fees, extra lessons, repeating any part of the curriculum, replacement of lost or broken items, including items of value supplied by us such as your knife kit and student visas and any medical aid/bills and personal insurances.
